Shipping Policy

• Delivery Coverage: We ship both within the U.S. and internationally using secure, insured carriers.

• Processing Time: Standard and in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom jewelry orders may require 3–6 weeks for design and crafting.

• Risk of Loss: Once an order is handed over to the carrier, the responsibility for any risk (including delays or damage in transit) transfers to the buyer.

• Shipping Charges: Costs are calculated at checkout and do not include duties or taxes for international shipments, which must be borne by the customer.

Refund & Return Policy
